Além do sensível registro realizado pela fotógrafa Aruna B., o que mais me chamou atenção neste casamento realizado em Ann Arbor, Michigan, foi o local escolhido para a cerimônia: o incrível Bubble Room do restaurante Vinology, com sua instalação composta por 400 bolhas de vidro que pendem do teto. Moderno e elegante, o salão comporta apenas 60 pessoas e conta, ainda, com uma sutil iluminação que contribui demais para a atmosfera intimista. Não é à toa que a Tifany, da Gourmet Invitations, criou todos os artigos de papelaria do casamento inspirada nesse espaço único. Até os selos foram cobertos em bolhas!

Lindos os acessórios escolhidos pela bela Kara: a pulseira com voltas em diferentes pérolas, a faixa complementando o vestido e as sandálias com babados. Como me deixa feliz ver romance clássico e elegância contemporânea juntos!

Por fim, este casamento criou a oportunidade perfeita para que eu fale um pouco sobre baker's twine. Honestamente, eu acredito que o baker's twine é uma adição automática de fofura ao embrulhar presentes, pendurar enfeites de Natal, costurar, identificar plantas, decorar mesas, amarrar balões... Mas também é ótimo vê-lo sendo usado para seu verdadeiro fim! Adorei a caixinha de macarons em papel kraft, decorada com um delicado “Merci” e duas voltinhas de baker's twine.

In addition to the sensitive registry by photographer Aruna B., what stood out for me on this Ann Arbor wedding was the venue chosen for the ceremony: the incredible Bubble Room at Vinology Wine Bar & Restaurant, with its installation composed of 400 glass bubbles that hang from the ceiling. Modern and elegant, the room holds only 60 guests and has subtle lighting that really contributes to the private atmosphere. It comes as no surprise that Tifany, of Gourmet Invitations, created the entire invitation set inspired by this unique space. Even the stamps were filled with bubbles!

The accessories chosen by Kara are beautiful: the bracelet with different strands of pearls, the sash complementing her dress and the ruffled sandals. How wonderful to see classical romance and contemporary elegance intertwine!

Finally, this wedding creates the perfect opportunity for me to rave about baker's twine. Honestly, I believe it is an all-purpose gorgeousness addition when wrapping presents, hanging Christmas decorations, sewing, tagging plants, decorating tables, finishing off balloons... but it is lovely to see it used for its real purpose! I adore the kraft box holding the macarons, decorated with a delicate “Merci” and two wraps of baker's twine.
